Why can't I order/find products on your website?
We've temporarily disabled ordering online and offline. If you’ve placed an order and made a payment, rest assured we are processing your order. Delivery timeframe remains the same (2-3 days for Metro Manila). We will put out an advisory when we are back online!

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
For Christmas 2024, starting December 10 until further notice, our delivery timeline for Metro Manila is 2-3 days and for outside Metro Manila is 8-10 days (or as advised by courier).

What is the shelf life of the beverages?
Expiration dates are clearly indicated on each bottle we produce, but as a rule of thumb: 
a. Ginger Ale - 5 months from date of purchase
b. Butterbeer - 5 months from date of purchase

Are any your beverages alcoholic?
No, all of our beverages are non-alcoholic. They are frequently used as premium mixers for cocktails such as the Whiskey Ginger Highball, Mojitos, Dark & Stormy, etc.

Do you have any stockists?
We are available at the Salcedo Market (Saturdays, 7am - 2pm) and Legazpi Market (Sundays, 7am - 2pm). For the complete list of restaurants and cafes that carry our products, shoot us an email.

Do you have gift packs available?
Yes, we do offer gifting options. It is available in the gifting tab on the site.

What are your modes of payment?
We accept BPI, BDO, and GCash and Paypal (with credit card).
